Make Room in Your Kid’s Closet! RUUM is Coming to Town! Heather Hopson March 16, 2013 Uncategorized 6 Comments (Photos Courtesy: RUUM) Today, I weighed my little girl, and she’s not so little anymore! She stepped on the scale and registered a whopping 22.6 pounds. That doesn’t sound like much, but it’s enough to make her coat a bit snug and her tops a bit tight. Thank God for grandma, who’s always shopping and stocking Caitlynn’s closet. And thank God for RUUM, a new store coming to Pittsburgh, who invited us to their grand opening next weekend. I want to share the swag bag goodies with my readers and giveaway a $25 RUUM gift card, which can be used at a RUUM store in your city or online. Here’s how you can enter now through March 22: 1. Follow Diary of a First Time Mom on Twitter @dearmomdiary Tweet why you should win the clothing contest. Use hashtag #ruum 2. Comment in the box below. Tell me why your child needs new clothes in the closet. Are they growing up like my daughter? Did they rip their jeans at preschool? Did they color their clothes instead of the coloring book? I’ll throw the names in the swag bag and get a store sales associate to draw a winner. Check back on Monday, March 25 to find out if it’s you! 6 Responses Monique March 16, 2013 My daughter needs new clothes because she keeps growing taller, even when I tell her to stop!! Reply Janeane Davis March 16, 2013 My twins need new clothes because they are GROWING and growing so fast. It is incredible. Once they were tiny little things that I carried and nursed on my lap at the same time. Now they are big girls bossing the world around! Reply Chasing Joy March 16, 2013 Very cool giveaway. Reply Christine March 21, 2013 Such a cute idea and giveaway! You know, my son seems to keep getting a lot of wear and tear on the knees of all of his jeans! It’s driving me crazy but I know it’s because of him being really active and playing on the floors at school. So I’d love to stock up for him for that and also cause he’s growing like a weed…so the jeans we bought in Oct are already starting to look like high waters! Reply Brandi March 23, 2013 This is a good idea. I let my daughter wear what she wants when she wants, so that means her good clothes are play clothes and vice versa! I buy her a lot of stretch pants, though, because she’s growing so fast! Reply Bernadette Hudgins March 23, 2013 I’m entering this contest for my close friend, Ayanna, who is a first time mom and needs to fill her closet. Ayanna is a girly girl and would love her daughter to wear RUUM’s cute clothes.
