While we’re in no rush because we would like to enjoy being “newlyweds,” we know that we can’t wait too long due to our ages. So, with that being said…I’m at least starting to prepare my body for conception. So, are there any foods I should avoid during this time (i.e., tuna due to mercury, etc.) or should I not worry about that until after conception?
