Dear Diary, Every year, I make resolutions but break them before January even ends. This year, I’m not making any! Instead, I will address issues as they arise. If I need to lose weight, I’ll take an exercise class. If I need to relax, I’ll get a massage. If I need to read that book that has been collecting dust on my bookshelf, I’ll shake it off and start on page one. No more putting me on the back burner and waiting until the New Year to check something off my to-do list or set a new goal.
